The Heroin Busters

The use of illicit substances in Rome is at an all-time high. The leader of Interpol, Mike Hamilton (David Hemmings), is at his wits' end as schoolchildren score from drug traffickers in front of their schools and mules pass through airport security with ease. His only hope is to rely on one of his own men, Fabio (Fabio Testi), an officer so far undercover that only Hamilton knows his true identity. Even as Fabio gains the confidence of cartel head Gianni (John Loffredo), however, the dealers are closing in on the truth, and when his cover is broken, Fabio finds himself in a desperate struggle to survive.
